Keeping your Account Up-to-Date

In order to provide the best service possible we need your help. If you lose an employee or hire a new one that we will need to get a hold of please let us know. If someone is going on vacation please let us know. If they get a new cell phone or new home phone number please let us know.

Call Forwarding Features

Call Forward Busy & Call Forward Don't Answer are two great features that the phone company offers. Call Forward Busy- Instead of your customers getting a busy signal it will automatically forward. Call Forward Don't Answer- If you don't answer the phone in so many rings (you set the amount) it will automatically forward.

How to Forward your phones

When you Leave: (to Forward) 

Step 1: Pick up your main line and dial your call forward code (i.e. *72 or 72#)

 Step 2: When you hear a second dial tone, Dial your call forward number      Wait for the person to answer.

 Step 3: Check that your calls will be forwarded by pushing your forward code (*72 or 72#). A busy signal tells you Call Forwarding is in effect.

 When you come back: (to Unforward)

 Step 1: Press your unforward code (i.e. *73 or 73#) on your main line.

 Step 2: Two quick tones followed by a dial tone means your calls are no longer being transferred.  If no tones repeat step one.

Referral Program 

We value your business and we know you see the value in ours. MTM is that critical link between you and your customer. If you know of another person or business that might benefit from any of our services please let us know. In the welcome packet you received when you signed up for service it had a couple of Referral Gift Certificates. It's simple, just fill out the information in the bottom right hand corner and mail it back to us. If your referral signs up for service you will receive $25.00 to any of the stores on our list. Choose from many great products or services like massage, gift baskets, plants, flowers and many more!
